Do Lifestyle Changes Really Work, given by Dr. Michelle Chan

Thursday, July 11th, 6:00pm - 7:30pm at the UC Daviss MIND Institute.

Dr. Chan’s presentation will review what the evidence shows about regular engagement in physical, cognitive and stress reduction activities and the use of compensation strategies for taking charge of your brain health to age well.

Real Life Self‐Care for Caregivers Series

A Free Educational Workshop for Families & Caregivers

Each month we will explore a different topic that pertains to the ‘care and feeding’ of a caregiver. Several topics will be covered each month with time to practce at home before returning the following month.

Workshops will be held the 3rd Tuesday of each month for 6 months beginning March 19th from 2pm‐4pm.

A Free Educational Workshop for Families & Caregivers

Join Lisa Brys, professional organizer and owner of TimeWorks Professional Organizing, as she helps you to uncover your personality type and your organizing style. She’ll also share info on a new product she developed, LegacyWorks, which is a guide to organizing all your most important documents and personal informa?on into one comprehensive package.

There will be six workshops. The first workshop will be March 28th, from 5:30pm-6:30pm.
