Our time together to acknowledge and explore Thanksgiving will center on gratitude as a verb. Please join us from 10:00 a.m. to noon as we will tell the truth about our feelings and ex-plore how our thoughts, attitudes and beliefs influence our ex-periences.

Walk 15 Program

Walk 15® takes group fitness to a new level. It is a low impact, multi muscle, calorie torching, walking based workout with very effective results! Anyone‐all fitness level can do it!

Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 2:30pm, 3:15pm & 4:00pm. Saturdays at 9:15am & 10:15am

2018 Community Discovery Lecture Series

You are invited to join us for a lecture on “The Aging Mind: A Look under the Hood” by Dr. Denise Park.

Dr. Park’s presentation will focus on aspects of brain behavior that suggest a healthy and normally functioning individual may be in the earliest stages of Alzheimer’s disease./p>
