Real Life Self‐Care for Caregivers Series

A Free Educational Workshop for Families & Caregivers

Each month we will explore a different topic that pertains to the ‘care and feeding’ of a caregiver. Several topics will be covered each month with time to practce at home before returning the following month.

She’ll also share info on a new product she developed, LegacyWorks, which is a guide to organizing all your most important documents and personal informa?on into one comprehensive package.
